Terms
and Conditions GENERAL All prices are in accordance with price schedule and are subject to change without notice, prior to acceptance of order. Prices do not include sales and/or excise taxes which may be applicable to an order. Minimum order is $250 US. Certain items may require full carton minimum purchase. SHIPMENT All products are shipped FOB shipping point. We reserve the right to select the means of transportation and routing when the customer does not specify routing. TERMS Net thirty (30) days to approved accounts. RETURNED GOODS POLICY All requests for credit returns must be authorized with a Returned Goods Authorization
number prior to returning. Goods returned without a Returned Goods Authorization
number may be refused. Minimum charge to restock is $25 or 20% of the invoice
value, whichever is greater.
